• Booking details — traveler names, tour and batch selected, group size, and any preferences or medical/dietary notes you choose to share with us.
• Payment information — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. Payments are handled directly by you with our team or through a third-party payment processor, which has its own privacy and security practices.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and referral source, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools to understand how people use the site.

2. How we use your information

• To process bookings, confirm batches, and coordinate travel logistics.
• To respond to callback requests, itinerary downloads, and enquiries.
• To review applications for our Ambassador and Trip Captain programs.
• To send booking confirmations, trip updates, and — only if you've agreed to it — occasional offers.
• To improve our website, tours, and customer support based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (like keeping you signed in to the admin dashboard) and, where enabled, for analytics that help us understand traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Hotels, transport operators, and other vendors directly involved in delivering your booked tour.
• Payment processors, solely to complete a transaction you initiate.

5. Data retention

We keep booking and traveler records for as long as needed to deliver your trip and meet accounting/tax retention requirements, and delete or anonymize data we no longer have a legitimate business or legal reason to hold. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our admin systems, and hashed password storage — to protect the data we hold. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and will notify you if a breach affecting your data occurs, as required by law.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and how it's being used.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal/accounting retention obligations.

Our site and services are intended for adults booking travel. Minors may travel with us only as part of a booking made by a parent or legal guardian, whose contact details — not the minor's — are what we collect and use for that booking.

Our site links to third-party services — Instagram, Google Reviews, WhatsApp, and payment processors among them. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices; please review their own policies before sharing information with them.
