About this trip
This trip offers a spiritual and scenic journey through some of North India's most revered destinations. Starting from New Delhi, the tour takes you to Haridwar, where you can experience the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Afterward, you'll travel to Sonprayag, a key base for the Kedarnath trek. The highlight of the trip is the challenging yet rewarding trek to the Kedarnath Temple, one of the holiest sites for Hindus. After spending time at Kedarnath, the journey back to Sonprayag is followed by a visit to Rishikesh, known for its tranquil setting on the Ganges and iconic landmarks like Ram Jhula and Triveni Ghat. The trip concludes with a return to New Delhi.
How the 4N/5D actually goes
Day 0: Delhi to Haridwar
Overnight drive from Delhi to Haridwar. Reporting 9:00 pm, departure 11:00 pm from ISBT Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi.
Day 1: Har Ki Pauri - Maa Mansa Devi Temple - Ganga Aarti
Arrive Haridwar, explore Har Ki Pauri, Maa Mansa Devi Temple, evening Ganga Aarti. Overnight Haridwar.
Day 2: Dhari Devi Temple - Rudraprayag - Sonprayag
Scenic journey to Sonprayag via Dhari Devi Temple and Rudraprayag. Overnight Sonprayag.
Day 3: Kedarnath Temple
Pre-dawn trek to Kedarnath Temple, overnight near temple.
Day 4: Kedarnath Jyotirlinga Temple - Bheem Shila - Shankaracharya Samadhi - Bhairav Nath Temple
Morning darshan, trek back, overnight Sonprayag.
Day 5: Ram Jhula - Triveni Ghat
Journey back stopping at Rishikesh, overnight Volvo to Delhi.
Day 6: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive Delhi, tour concludes.
