About this trip

Divine Peaks is a spiritual Himalayan tour beginning with an overnight AC Volvo/Tempo Traveller drive from Delhi to Haridwar, followed by darshan at Har Ki Pauri, Maa Mansa Devi Temple and the Ganga Aarti. The journey continues via Dhari Devi Temple and Rudraprayag to Sonprayag, the gateway to Kedarnath. Travellers trek to the sacred Kedarnath Jyotirlinga Temple, explore Bheem Shila, Shankaracharya Samadhi and Bhairav Nath Temple, then drive to Chopta via Ukhimath to trek to Tungnath Temple and Chandrashila Summit. The route proceeds via Joshimath to Badrinath, visiting Narsingh and Hanuman Temples en route, followed by darshan at Badrinath Temple and a visit to Mana Village, the last Indian village before the Indo-Tibetan border. The trip concludes with sightseeing in Rishikesh (Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, Beatles Ashram, Triveni Ghat) before an overnight return journey to Delhi.

  1. Day 0: Delhi to Haridwar (Overnight Drive)

    Overnight AC Volvo/Tempo Traveller drive from Delhi to Haridwar. Reporting 9:00 pm, departure 11:00 pm from ISBT Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi.

  2. Day 1: Har Ki Pauri - Maa Mansa Devi Temple - Ganga Aarti

    Arrive Haridwar, explore Har Ki Pauri, Maa Mansa Devi Temple, evening Ganga Aarti at Ganga Ghat. Overnight Haridwar.

  3. Day 2: Dhari Devi Temple - Rudraprayag - Sonprayag

    Scenic drive to Sonprayag via Dhari Devi Temple and Rudraprayag. Overnight Sonprayag.

  4. Day 3: Kedarnath Temple Trek

    Pre-sunrise trek to Kedarnath Temple, overnight near temple.

  5. Day 4: Kedarnath Jyotirlinga - Bheem Shila - Shankaracharya Samadhi - Bhairav Nath Temple

    Morning darshan then descend to Sonprayag. Overnight Sonprayag.

  6. Day 5: Omkareshwar Temple - Tungnath Temple - Chandrashila Summit

    Drive to Chopta via Ukhimath, trek to Tungnath Temple and Chandrashila Summit. Overnight Chopta.

  7. Day 6: Narsingh Temple - Hanuman Temple

    Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath, visiting Narsingh and Hanuman Temples. Overnight Badrinath.

  8. Day 7: Badrinath Temple - Mana Village

    Early darshan at Badrinath Temple, visit Mana Village, travel to Rishikesh. Overnight Rishikesh.

  9. Day 8: Ram Jhula - Lakshman Jhula - Beatles Ashram - Triveni Ghat

    Explore Rishikesh highlights, board overnight Volvo to Delhi.

  10. Day 9: Arrival in Delhi

    Arrive Delhi morning, tour concludes.
